1355 New Soldiers Join Delhi Police Fleet – Amar Ujala Hindi News Live

1355 policemen joined Delhi Police on Wednesday after completing one year of training. The passing out ceremony of the newly recruited SIs, Head Constables (Clerk, AWO, TPO, Master Lashkar) and Constables (Daman and Diu Police) (RTO, AWO) of Delhi Police was held at Delhi Police Academy, Jharoda Kalan.

1355 new policemen trained in Delhi Police Training Academy joined Delhi Police. It has also happened in Delhi Police that 15 Head Constables (Clerks) from Divyang category have also joined the police service. The special thing is that one third of the new trainees joining Delhi Police Service are women.

Those joining Delhi Police include four SIs of 52 batch, 708 head constables (clerks) (462 men and 246 women) of 69 batch, 640 head constables (AWO/TPO) (428 men and 212 women) of 6 batch, one head constable (Mast Lashkar) and two constables (Daman and Diu Police) (RTO/AWO). On this occasion, chief guest Special Commissioner of Police (Security) Dipendra Pathak took the salute of the marching contingents of the trainees.

They shared their valuable experiences of police service on this occasion. All the 1355 policemen who have joined Delhi Police Service are well educated (92 post graduates and 1000+ graduates). Trainees coming from different parts of the country will enrich Delhi Police with diversity and promote the feeling of nationalism in Delhi Police.
